Refund and Return Policy
Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. Only submit an email RMA request if you meet one of the following criteria:
•Received damaged items
•Missing items from your order
RMA request will be rejected if you do not meet the criteria above mentioned.
If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must submit an email RMA request from Email Us link on the bottom within 7 days of the delivery received date and provide a photo of the defective item and the packing slip.
If we made a mistake with your order we will cover all shipping and handling back to us.
When submitting the RMA request for a return/exchange request using Email Us link on the bottom, please indicate your order number, email, and full name.
Shipping fee is ONLY refunded if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Beauty Headquarters.
